– First Comprehensive lab panel to monitor progress and safety ( Initial lab panel only.)
– Two visit options available:
– Option 1: Hybrid Visits (Most Popular) – Week 1: Injection in clinic + one take-home dose. Week 3: Injection in clinic + one take-home dose.
– Option 2: Weekly In-Clinic Visits Only – All weekly injections are administered in the clinic.

Contraindications:

– Pregnancy or breastfeeding
– History of pancreatitis or thyroid cancer
– Certain medications (e.g., insulin, sulfonylureas)
– Severe kidney or liver disease

Pricing:

– GIP/GLP-1: $499 (first month), $575/month (future months)
– Includes: Full GLP-1 lab panel (first lab panel only) 4 injections, monthly B12 injection (Eligibility is determined based on clinical assessment and/or laboratory results.) 

Mandatory Lab Work:

– Required for all clients: CBC, CMP, Lipid Panel, A1C, TSH, T3/T4, Vitamin B12, Fasting Insulin
– Lab results must be dated within the last 6 months
– In-clinic lab panel available for $99 if recent labs are not available

Once a program has begun and medication has been prescribed or dispensed, it cannot be returned, transferred, or credited per California Medical Board, Board of Pharmacy, and BRN regulations.

If a client experiences medical intolerance, side effects, or requires treatment plan adjustments, our medical team will evaluate and modify the plan as appropriate; however, refunds for unused portions of prepaid programs are not permitted.
