Our GLP-1 treatment is designed to support weight management and metabolic health. This treatment includes a comprehensive lab panel, 4 injections, and monthly B12 supplements.

Treatment Details:

– 4 injections administered over 4-6 weeks
– Monthly B12 Injection (Eligibility is determined based on clinical assessment and/or laboratory results.)
– Comprehensive lab panel to monitor progress and safety
– Two visit options available:
– Option 1: Week 1 – injection in clinic + one take-home dose. Week 3 – injection in clinic + one take-home dose.
– Option 2: Weekly in-clinic visits only

Contraindications:

– Pregnancy or breastfeeding
– History of pancreatitis or thyroid cancer
– Certain medications (e.g. insulin, sulfonylureas)
– Severe kidney or liver disease

Pricing:

– GLP-1: $399 (includes lab panel, 4 injections, and monthly B12  (Eligibility is determined based on clinical assessment and/or laboratory results.) 

Mandatory Lab Work:

– $99 in our clinic or provide recent lab results (CBC, CMP, Lipid Panel, A1C, TSH, T3/T4, B12, Fasting Insulin) dated within the last 6 months

Pre-Paid Weight-Loss Programs (3–6 Month Plans)
All pre-paid weight-loss programs are non-refundable. GLP-1 and GIP/GLP-1 medications are prescription-based and ordered specifically for each client’s treatment plan. Once a program has begun and medication has been prescribed or dispensed, it cannot be returned, transferred, or credited per California Medical Board, Board of Pharmacy, and BRN regulations.

If a client experiences medical intolerance, side effects, or requires treatment plan adjustments, our medical team will evaluate and modify the plan as appropriate; however, refunds for unused portions of prepaid programs are not permitted.
