Unlike other non-surgical treatments, microneedling has been clinically shown to be effective for women and men of all skin types. If you have wrinkles, acne, scars, age spots, and/or large pores you want to treat, microneedling may be right for you. Microneedling may not be right for you if you have active skin irritation or infection, you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or you are currently taking Accutane or a similar isotretinoin drug.
